Murder under the Mistletoe
It is Christmas in 1899 and the Prime Minister, Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, is hosting a lavish party. Spirits are high at the turn of the century, commerce and politics are doing well. It is also 7 years since the infamous Jack the Ripper was last active. But is everyone who they say they are? And has the Ripper really finished his work?
Join us at the Cawdor for an evening of mystery and intrigue on Friday 5th December 2025 Arrive at 7.30pm for an arrival drink with a delicious 3-course set meal served at 8pm. Polish your magnifying glasses and don your deerstalkers for this historically themed festive event. Optional dress code: Victorian party wear.
Terms & ConditionsFull prepayment required at time of booking. Please arrive on time for the event, adjustments cannot be made for late arrivals. Any adjustments or cancellations made up to 4 weeks prior to the date will be refunded. Cancellations after this date will be charged in full. There is a set 3-course meal for the event. Pre-orders are required by Wednesday 26th November. Please make us aware of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of pre-order. Please visit our website to see a copy of the menu. We cannot open tabs for the evening, all drinks must be ordered & paid for at the bar. The event will comprise of eight tables with an actor for the event joining the guests at each table. Groups may sit on shared tables or be split in order to across multiple tables to accommodate the requirements for the event. Where possible groups will be sat together.
